Excellent! My husband will love this beagle as we walk our neighbors dog and he loves him. Jen worked with me because I wanted customization on this item and it wasn't listed as being able to customize, but she did it for me AND I got the name wrong but her communication is so good she caught my request to change the name at the last minute.
